Hey friends, Today on TechnoMantras I want to give review on Videocon V1666 Multimedia Cell phone.I bought this cell phone just for watching the multimedia features of Videocon V1666.The phone is not up to our expectations as Videocon has not introduced good features in this phone.
DESIGN
Talking about the design,The phone is having a decent design..It is available in two colors : red and black...and the other is golden and black.The phone has a 2.8 inch touch screen which is resistive. We faced many problems while using the touch screen.The touch screen response of this phone is not so good.

CAMERA
Videocon offers a 2 Megapixel camera which offers both photography and video recording.All above that the camera is also not very bad. Just one thing is not good about the video recording that the phone doesn't give us ability to pause the video recording.
BATTERY LIFE
The phone has a good battery life. We listened the music for few hours and we didn't find any problem with the battery issues.We charged the phone after 2 days.So the phone has good battery life.
MUSIC
This V1666 has a good music player.We can play music at loud voice.We didn't find any problem with the music player of this phone.
OTHER APPS
Only one game has been given in the phone i.e. Fruit( a casino styled game).Along with this the phone has the ability to run JAVA Apps and also has its own e-book reader.But the e-book reader can run only text files created in notepad.We downloaded various JAVA apps on this phone but only a few JAVA apss ran on this phone.So this phone is also not good for those who love JAVA games and apps.
Apart from all this phone is a cheap, Dual sim phone with JAVA apps.We will not recommend this phone but we are finding the best JAVA phone in the range of Rs.3000.
