Tablets are becoming smaller and smartphones are increasing in size. At least with Samsung it is so. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is reported to have 5.5-inch display screen. Remember, the Galaxy Note too had bigger screen?
According to tech site GSMArena, an insider reveals Samsung is preparing for larger screen to its second version of Galaxy Note. It is to have 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display and the design of it has been inspired by Galaxy S3.
The earlier speculation about Samsung Galaxy Note 2 was that it may have 5.3-inch screen.
The insider source also mentioned, as per GMSArena, that the Galaxy Note 2 may be launched by September 2012. The earlier rumor suggested its release date to be October. May be Samsung pulls forward the release date as Apple may launch its most awaited next iPhone, or rater iPhone 5, in October. Interesting. Isn't it?
