The market is full of budget tablets costing as little as Rs 4000. However, most of these slates come with a resistive screen, and we already know what a terrible user experience they offer. However, an exception seems to be the Penta T-Pad IS709C, among the cheapest tablets to come with a multi-touch capacitive screen.

Like most budget tablets, the T-Pad IS709C doesn't seem to have an official product page. However, according to Snapdeal.com'slisting, the tablet features Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box. Despite being dirt-cheap, it's powered by a 1 GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM.
